Guitar Hero III Bundle (PS3/360) $19.99 @ Bestbuy (YMMV)

This may be a case of YMMV but it also may not so I made a thread.:D

Well either way Bestbuy has been selling the Guitar Hero III bundles around me forever for $31.99 and yesterday (With the release of Metallica) I decided to finally bite on a bundle seeing its a pretty cheap way to get a guitar and a game.

So it was still on shelf for $31.99 but it rang up for $19.99 and I would assume its the same for the 360 one seeing it is marked $31.99 as well..

Good for people interested if not well thanks for looking anyways :lol:

i saw it for $31.99 yesterday, I almost bought it. At $20 I would buy it for sure. Hopefully someone else can confirm it in their store.

Well like I said mine had it listed at $31.99 and to my suprise it rang up for $19.99 which made it better for someone like me joining the GH crazy late like this... But I want to get good at it before I pick up GH:Metallica :bow:

this could be because the guitar from guitar hero 3 is $20. I would definatley try to take advantage of this deal if I hadnt already bought 2 of the guitars, one for 10 with metallica, and 1 by itself for the lady friend.

I was thinking on posting this also, I picked up Guitar Hero 3 for PS3 (2 wireless guitar kit) for 40 bucks. I doubled back and got the 360 version for 50 bucks. (Double Guitar and game set). Very good deal indeed, thought it was already posted.

my BB had the PS3 version for $40. i ended up picking it up to see if it might ring up for lower. i guess i'm going to return it even though $40 seems like a decent deal (still more than Amazon though)

I can confirm this deal. I went in to just to get the wireless controller that was advertised for $19.99 but they were sold out. The employee happily told me that I could just grab the GH III bundle instead for the same price. We went up to the cashier and it scanned at $31.99 or so but he told the cashier to override the price to $19.99. I guess its YMMV.

Man I'd love to get a guitar for $20 especially when it comes with GH3 also. I just don't know if I can justify the 25 minute drive to my closest Best Buy to find out that there isn't a unit there for me.

It's definitely YMMV because the PS3 bundle rang up at $40 at the BB I went to. Oddly enough they did have the 2 guitar version for $43.
