I liked the first. It was an over looked early Wii port. Nunchuck left hand, Wii remote the right then you put them together to choke a bitch! Had about 40 hours of game play and I didn't finish all the side missions (but did most of them).

They implemented the right and left hand thing in the HD versions using the bumpers and triggers. It got bad reviews but I might pick it up for cheap on the PS3.

I hope the 360 and PS3 versions are just the test versions and EA releases a version on the Wii with all the kinks worked out.

well considering that the wii version of the first one did just as good as the 360 and much better than the ps3 one rating wise, it would be stupid for them not to release it on the wii. just probably not immediately

Kaiju puts up an interesting theory, but I'm guessing the fact that this game got lousy reviews will lead to it not selling well enough to warrant porting. Conversely, perhaps poor sales could force it to be ported in hopes that the amount of assets can squeeze more money.

Either way, don't bet on it.

I was going to complain about this, but then I realized that at least all the inane threads gave me something to read. The Wii section here has been pretty lifeless lately.

Anyway, I hated the first Godfather on PS2 but really liked it on Wii. Didn't love it, but most things worked. I liked Scarface on Wii better because it didn't take itself as seriously and both the shooting and driving were more fun.

wow that sucks plus the graphics for the new one on 360 SUCK even worse than the original xbox and i thought those were good, they better think about wii...ugh this sucks plus GF2 did horrible in reviews

Yeah. It's just not a very well designed game in general. There's enough of those on Wii.
