Yeah, just tried to pickup Spawn and I-Ninja (Xbox) both show as In Stock for shipping on the search page, but when I actually went to checkout they come up unavailable on the 2nd checkout step.

And I went back to the search just to see and they are still showing as in stock for shipping in the search results. :roll:

Ugh, what a horrible webpage they have now. I can't even add I-ninja (Xbox) to my cart because it says there's a "technical difficulty" with the item, and when I added several other games that were reported to be in stock it told me on the next page that it was out of stock. They should just take their new system down and go back to the old one, it worked better than the one they have now.

Oh, and it also showed that the items I put into my cart weren't availible at any of the 3 closest CC stores, either

lol i loved it when cc had that 5$ sell, and I got to it before it was even posted on CAG, so I was going up their to get BOR:Dragon Quarter, and I just started scanning game that I like and alot of them were 5$, not to mention 2 copies of disgaea(i left the other 6 their) so in all i got probably about 14 gamess. the guy at the counter is like you sure you have enuff, IM like dont worry i have credit card, I dont have to pay it back for a few months.

(funny seeing the guy look at the computer in amazement that I only paid about 60$ instead of like 300$ as the prices were marked)

Most of us who post on here know better than to "tip off" the employees although there are plenty of lurkers out there who don't. Then they'll occasionally post how proud they were when they did it! :roll:

I've read msgs from guys who say they've left the entire CC list with the manager, guys who tell FYE managers they've bought things for $5 and sold them to FYE for four times that much, guys who want to fight in the store over games (I think that'd get the attention of the manager), etc. People need to learn to be calm and do everything on the DL (down low, not Dragon Lord (Frodo or whoever)).

I think unfortunately, a lot of people get theirs and then they don't care who they screw after that.

I've played about 10 levels so far, just past the second boss. It really isn't that good, maybe worth 5 bucks, but really not very good IMO. Also it it very short. I've probably only played a couple hours now and I think there are 23 levels total.

Here's my haul: Silent Scope & Breakdown $10 each, Auto Modelista, Spawn & I-Ninja $5....Tried MK:DD but of course it's full price...Will this game ever drop in price while I'm alive....Considered Ice Climber and Bomberman for $10 but wonder if they are worth it? Also how's Dead to Rights for the X-Box? I was told is was extremely hard and the PS2 version is more beatable...Also does anyone know how much the Silent Scope gun is and is there a cheap deal for it? Later fellow cheapa$$e$....

I haven't been to CC since the end of the $5 sale, when I went to get Bombastic for 5 bucks.

My hope is that they have returned to thier pre 5 dollar madness state: Nothing correctly marked.

There's not really a game on the list I want right now, accept for maybe Jedi Academy. I'd like to pick up some jampacks.

Hello fellow CAGer..you were asking about the Silent Scope Gun..the price of the gun is $49.99..but their rare to find..although I have seen it at some stores..but yeah..the Gun is alright..even though I haven't purchased it yet..financially strapped after the last Circuit City Sale :( ..I heard the targeting system has problems at times during the game..like your aiming at the target but for some reason..you missed the shot even though you aimed right at them. Oh well..I'm saving up for the Big TRU Sale..:)

i dont think its a bad thing. since the $5 sale at cc ended, ive been very selective about what i buy, mainly because alot of the stuff i bought pre-cc sale i bought because it was cheap and thats the only reason. but now i have tons of games i really want to play in my collection just begging to be played, so mediocre titles just wont do anymore.

i was considering picking up dynasty warriors 4, but i have dw2 and i never beat it, i doubt 4 is THAT much diffrent (other than co-op mode)

arc the lad however, is an AWEOSME game, definetly in my top 5 ps2 games.

i might venture over there sometime and pick up some penny jam packs tho. ^^

The cheap prices definitely do a lot to help dissuade you from buying a game as soon as it comes out. I was a late-comer to this generation, and the first thing I bought was a GameCube with a select few games. Then, I got a PS2 later on, and found out that PS2 stuff goes clearance WAY faster than the same games on the Cube, and for much cheaper in a lot of cases. Waiting is never a bad thing when you're wanting to buy games, unless it's a special case such as a Working Designs special edition. :D
