I guess they are not dead yet.

I would consider Infinium among the "Walking-Dead", eventually the magic will ware off and they will collapse.

LOL they are without EA.
Shouldnt say that though... Dreamcast was my fav system ever and they didnt need EA. Still helps tho, you guys have to admit that.

Heh. I wonder if Eidos is using this as an opportunity to release another shitty Tomb Raider game.

Those aren't exactly top tier publishers with killer aps. And chances are a good portion of those 500 titles will be pc ports. By the DigitalSpace, I love your avatar. Eliza Dushku is one of my favorite actresses.

Exactly what I was about to say. Just another nail in the coffin IMO.

The phantom its come back as a g g g g g GHOST!
the phantom itself is a good idea, Infinium Labs have just made about every mistake they could:
1. They claim this system will beat PS2 XBOX and GameCube. That was stupid as hell. I would call a system like that "a third pillar" (first being console and second portables). Who knows, maybe u could have signed the idea to one of the companies and NOT GONE SHAQ FUIN BROKE BEFORE THE SYSTEM CAME OUT. these people really need some experience on their team.
2. The different plans are stupid as hell. For ten dollars you get the "basic games", crappy stuff like Deer Hunter and other 10 year old games. Basic games like that won't attract anyone! If this were my system, I would allow anyone to make a game, send it in, and id give them a flat payment to put it up for free. Meanwhile you have to pay monthly for good games, as they are considered "premium" so if i want to have 3 or 4 things that are half descent, Id have to pay more monthly?
To all Phantom fans (all 10 of you):
I'm sorry if my above words had offended you, and if ive made any ignorant mistakes. I had high hopes for this system and Infinium Labs completely ruined them. This is just a rant based on what i know.
Also, once this system goes Kaputt, i doubt anyone will try making a similar console, even though the idea itself is pretty cool.
Once again: thanks alot Infinium Labs

Good job Infinium Labs! I wonder how many millions of dollars they had to pay for old PC and PSX ports. :)

The Phantom also manages to kill the fun in the whole collecting of games process. I think Penny Arcade put it best when it labels the phantom nothing more than a broken computer (If you're wondering why they said it's broken it was a joke about it not having an optical disc drive).
