TRU is having 25% off Wii Accessories 4/26-5/2. Therefore the Wii Points can be purchased for $14.99 for 2000 points.

Question : Does toys r us charge tax to get wii points? I thought since its a service card, its supposed to be untaxed?

i went today too and the guy scanned it and it said 19.99....this is a bunch of crap....last sale back in october they were $12....TRU is ripping us off.....I told the guy to go put them back on the shelf. :applause:

To bad they arent included in this sale. Anyone know of any other stores that might have sales on the Wii Points cards? The guy at TRU said they werent classified as an accessory. Then what in the heck are they? Another employee came by the video games after he heard them talking over the PA system and told me to take them to the register just to make sure they didnt ring up at $14.99. He said they told him during the last sale they werent but they rang up on sale anyway.

Update: So I noticed on the Toys R Us website they had all the Wii accessories marked 25% off so I decided to call my local store and asked them if this was true in store as well. They told me yes so I went by and picked up 3 points card for around $48. Not bad. This was the same store that told me they werent included in the sale on Sunday. Oh well guess it takes them a while to get caught up on the sale changes.:bouncy:
