I'm trying to decide whether to pick to up IU from the BB $10 sale, or pick up Blue Dragon from Gamestop's B2G1F.
Any opinions on either of these, or which is better?
I really loved FFX, but also am a fan of Symphonia/Vesperia.
In terms of story, combat, production value, which game comes out on top in each category?
Thanks!

You'll probably enjoy IU's real time battles then if you like Tales. BD is strictly turn based. If you like little kids and anime and turn based battles, BD is a must play.

Fellow CAG Draekon informs me that IU's story and gameplay is shit. That is all.

If you've ever seen Dragonball, the art in Blue Dragon is done by the same guy, so it feels very similar throughout the entire thing.
Blue Dragon is very old-school RPG, with turn-based battles ala FFX. Infinite Undiscovery is action oriented, yes, but it isn't a great game. I excitedly got IU because the Tales games are my favorite RPGs, and it is no where near as good. Blue Dragon is actually really solid, just a little cartoony and honestly, the difficulty can be staggering.
Blue Dragon is the better game.
