Looking for a cheap, yet semi-decent 2nd monitor

So.. currently I'm using this (http://www.itechnews.net/wp-content/uploads/2008/01/HP-w2207h-w2408h-LCD.jpg) as my main computer monitor.. and then some garbage old one as a 2nd monitor. It's becoming more and more annoying each day as my 2nd is just, well, rather terrible.. so I figured I'd start looking for a better 2nd monitor. Something relatively similar to my main, but obviously not quite as expensive.

Any suggestions?
