I want to change my vista themes, but how do you change them or and is windows blinds good to use?
or are there vista themes that we can install using MSI packages, if so where?

All Vista themes are just recolors and different transparancies of Aero.

Just Aero, no custom styles. Though I did replace my folder icons with those Star Trek icons that Lifehacker posted a few days ago.

Well, OK you got me. I use a custom theme for Google Chrome (http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=834845) but only because I made it myself for the greatest game ever, TF2!
