PS1 video card connector rare

Would anyone want to buy a PS1 video card that can play VCD. I'm pretty sure this is a rare iterm to own. I think it was never released in north America just in Asia. I think its 3rd party made in china ps1 video card. I'm not sure if real or fake it even says Sony on it. I'll post pics later today. Mine almost looks like this. Starting bid would be from $15 to $27 dollars any takers.
