Engagement Ring Flipping?

Anybody know the best way to sell high-quality jewelry?

I have 2 friends (No, not "friends" - actually 2 of my friends!) who want to sell an engagement ring. They asked me to help them out with Ebay, but I'm not sure that's the best venue for something this high-dollar (One of the rings is extremely valuable).

I have no experience with selling jewelry on Ebay. Do you think that's the best place for jewelry, or would you try something else?

Craigs List, and your local paper are great bets for finding a good amount of money with little risk.

Just make sure you/they meet up in a public place, and come with a friend. You never know.
