I remember playing a dos game where you were a pilot. It was a side scroller with cartoony graphics and you flew bi-wing planes.
You had mission goals like blowing up German bases and zeppelins. You could drop your bombs on outhouses and there would be blackend guys sitting on a toilet.
At the end of the mission you would get different medals like the Purple Heart for shooting yourself in the foot.
The name was something like "Baron Vicktor Von Crash and Burn", but I can't find anything with the google.
