Good Helicopter Sims?

I was never able to play apache because it was to much for my little computer. When I was able to play it I had to much computer to run it. I was watching the history channel and they were going over the new gunships they were using in Iraq. Made me really want to fly one of those bad boys.

Anyway are there any helicopter combat sims. I think flight simulator has copters but not being able to unleash hell does not sound like fun to me.

DCS Black Shark recently came out. Not sure if it focuses on just this one helicopter or if there's many. I'm not a big sim player but I saw a pretty positive review for it in (I think) the latest PC Gamer. May have been in the issue before the latest.

Thanks that does look fun. Unfortunately it is infected with starforce and is limited in the activations. hmmm but really want to play it. Maybe I'll make an exception this one time. Starforce how I hate thee.

Ah, that is unfortunate. I saw something about activations but 7 is quite a few to botch with improper uninstalls. Doesn't look like it's on Steam or Impulse yet.
