Get that instead for the CPU + Mobo. The 940 has an unlocked multiplier, higher L3 cache (6mb) and OC's better.
The board is a newer chipset and has better and more features than that 790. Onboard video is also a bonus.

GPU: I would advise you get the 4850 or spend a little more and get a 4870 or 260.
Case: Antec 300
HDD: Get the 640gb version of the black caviar, it's only like 5-10 bucks more

Everything else looks fine.
