I know the game just came out this week at a retail price of $19.99, but its a underrated game in a very tight niche market so it should be dropping below 10 bucks very soon if it already hasn't......anybody seen it cheaper than 20 bucks yet?!? (please do not mention the GGC, i already know about that).......i'm looking for a price of 10 bucks or cheaper...

I wouldn't expect to see it drop from $19.99 any time soon. I agree with what you said about this type of game in a tight niche market, and that's probably why it's only $20 right now as opposed to normal $50. I've been on the lookout for a cheap copy myself too, I'll let you know if I find anything.

yeah, i guess you're right about it staying around 20 bucks for a while......i'm willing to wait though......most likely i'll get it online sometime when the price goes down cause i doubt many stores will stock this game

Woah, this game is out now? Awesome, been waiting for it ever since I beat the first one. I know of no deals for it, I'll gladly pay $19.99 for it though.

well, for some reason, ebgames is the only store that has it......the release date has been pushed back once again for all other stores......don't know how ebgames got their hands on it already

How about:
1) Trading in something you have and lower the price.
2) Waiting until it's been out for more than a few days before you keep bumping it.
3) Bite the bullet and buy it for $20, since I'm sure it's not going to be stocked in many places.

1) i don't have anything else to trade in; all the games i didn't want anymore have already been sold on ebay
2) i'm just informing people where you can buy the game at since it seems to be hard to find
3) i'm planning on buying it online; waiting for free shipping

Hey, try some patience. The low SRP leaves little leeway for any price variance until is a big hit, or a big failure, or simply on clearance.
Chances are it will turn up cheap in the next big clearance sale after the holidays. Plenty of us got its predecessor in the CC blowout for $5.
In the meantime, have you tried Broken Sword? It's only $10 at Fry's.
