in the mid 90s my parents had a 166mhz compaq presario and I played the shit out of this game and I cant remember the name. You played as what i think was the cops in this city in a helicopter type vehicle. you would fly around the city (in 3d) and you would have to shoot/blow up certain objects. There was a not so invisible wall of how far you could travel away from the city or something like that. I cont remember the name of this game and it is driving me nuts.
