An ESRB entry has appeared for Spectral Force Genesis. It's an RTS developed by Idea Factory, a solid-looking one to boot. It was announced for Europe (http://www.siliconera.com/2009/02/17/somehow-spectral-force-genesis-is-being-localized/) a few months ago, though no announcement was made for the US, so we don't know who the US publisher is.
