Hey guys I have an Xbox 360 and I don't know what happened but every since i changed my internet from Rogers to Bell (Im Canadian) something goes wrong I cannot connect to the internet actually it says there is no connection. Now I have no idea but i think it maybe because I changed my internet but both the 360 and bell people are telling me that I am wrong and I should send it in. What do you guys think? Hardware problem or just internet settings?

Try going in and re-autodetect your settings in the networking setup .
Your IP is different now .

Maybe there isn't a physical connection.

Maybe there isn't a physical connection.

I would have to go with that lol. Take a look at your router and see where some wires lead. You may end up seeing the xbox one on the floor.

There are a NUMBER of steps you can try:

Try logging into your router and see if the router is getting an IP address from the Cable Modem. If it is, then your router needs reconfiguring. If it isn't try to "Renew" it and see if it gets a new IP Address. If that doesn't work, try restoring the router back to it's Factory Settings and run a clean setup (Run the setup program on your computer, just like the 1st day you got the router) and see what happens. Of course once you get your network up, you can reconfigure the 360 by re-autodetecting (like richlough said)

If none of these things work, try to connect the modem directly to your computer and see if you can browse the internet. If you can, you need a new router. If you can't then it is your ISP that is the issue.

Hope this helps you a little.
