XBOX 360 Games Of The Year Bundle

Hi,
i read on all shopping sites that this bundle (w/fable 2, halo3) is not good because its an old console version or so.
Is this true and if so, is it something to be concerned of? Because i really considered this bundle because of fable 2, but if i am better off with the pro version i get the game at gamestop.
i am not looking into this forum as often as i used to (job) so i am somewhat out of touch with consoles. :(
If someone can enlight me, that would be great.

its the old model meaning it is the falcon model, not the new jasper, at-least that is what i heard. but it is still the elite console

From what I have been hearing, the last batch of falcons seem to be more reliable, because the new jaspers like to freeze a lot.

I have the last batch of falcons myself and I have no issues.

not jaspers, also halo 3 and fable 2 are a 2 in 1 pack as well, as advertised my....

i am still confused. so if i can get i should get it?
The main reason why i am interessted in this version is because of the two games in it.
So if this version works as good as the regular version i am fine with that. Just don't want to buy a dude or a unit that breaks down right away.

My friends late model Falcon has frozen up more than my Jasper.

If anything it's NXE's fault.

It's luck wither way man, you're either going to have issues or you're not.
If you get one that freezes up on you, take it back to gamestop or wherever you do buy it, long as it is under 30 days or whatever their warranty is (Not Microsoft's warranty and not a store bought warranty, but the normal one) and simply get another one.
You'll be fine.
Get the one with two games. ;)
