DS Co-Op Recommendations

I'll be taking a trip to Japan in a couple months and a friend will be coming along this time. So for the 12 hour plane trip we've been thinking about picking up some co-op games to help pass the time. I haven't touched my DS for moths so I've been out of the handheld loop. The only one I could think of was Contra 4. Any other recommendations?

Both of us are really into oldschool games if that helps at all.

its like a combination of card games, board games, and some other simple games. if youre looking for actual games that you can play through the storyline in coop you can probably pick up Resident Evil on the DS. Its pretty much the first Resident Evil, and the coop mode is actually pretty fun since its not just all shoot zombies and you have to solve some puzzles.

totally forgot. From the Abyss is another really good coop game. Pretty fun if youre into the Mana series type games, which means youll have to be into RPG sorts of games a little more, but its works out very well.
