Where the H is Bionic Commando Rearmed on XBLA?!

Dear fellow CAGs,

My apologies if this has already been posted (I couldn't find it in my search), but I can't find Bionic Commando Rearmed on XBLA! Now that it's only $5, I wanted to give it a go before buying the new one and I can't find this one ANYWHERE. I have asked friends to look just to make sure I'm not losing it, and they can't find it, either. Perhaps it's been taken down to have its price adjusted? Please help!

There's the marketplace link. It's listed as BC:Rearmed which might be why you can't find it. It won't be 400 spacebucks ($5 real money) until next week, as of May 25th.
