I'm trying to help a friend here. He has a widescreen Sony Vaio laptop. Due to an accident his hard drive got damaged beyond repair and he had to replace it. After reloading windows (vista unfortunately yuck) Th e picture is stretched like it was intended for a normal screen and just stretched over the wide screen.The font is also hard to read. It doesn't let me choose a resoloution higher then 1024-768. Any ideas on how to fix this? I had to adjustthe font dpi to large just to be able to read font on the internet
