TV games plug-n-play Sega

A plug-n-play device hooks directly up to the TV. You do not need a console to play games.

Does anyone know of a plug-n-play Sega Genesis device that has Sonic 3 & Knuckles (Sonic & Knuckles + Sonic 3, using lock-on)? I would prefer something that is just the controller rather than a small console box and a controller.

I don't know about one with Sonic 3 & Knuckles. I thought the only way to play that was the original way with the Genesis or Sonic Mega Collection.

I doubt there's anything offically made from Sega that has Sonic & Knuckles, but there are a ton of these plug n' play systems that have bootleged games. I've never seen any that have Genesis games, but who knows, there may be something.

There's a guy at my mall that's selling a bootleg style plug game that has Mario and Sonic ironically enough. Swears that it's legit too.
