Yea these things are really fun for me..... the good things I miss school, the bad things being without power...then humidty strikes... during Ivan I remember around 5 am. I just started picking up random things in my room and started reading them, while my dog was on my bed...panting and panting her nasty dog breath all over the place. And I actually didnt have it that bad. We have a very powerful generator, satellite, and lots of food. Plus I got my gameboy and its siblings ready to go. During Ivan I spent time playing Phantasy Star collection.


But we lost power for 2 days.
My cell phone wouldnt work for like a 3 mile radius
Both house phonelines went dead.
And after getting back our power my net connection was out for a week.

Several of my friends had nothing for a week, including showers. While others didnt have any problems.

So in preparation for this one, im going through with a video camera and putting all the valuables on film.

So in the next few days when all of you are going to sleep, that i may be cold and dying in the rain with only the images of DLF sweet melons to help keep me warm.

It does suck to live here as the area that I live in(Miami Beach) has been evacuated. This means that I'm somewhere that I don't want to be and I'm missing out on going to the beach and seeing all of the beautiful women out there. Besides these hurricanes, it's pretty good living here. The weather is getting worse now and it's not even here yet.
