that appears to be the whole scam, he followed me this morning and is (I assume) doing the same to everyone following cheapy so as to confuse them into following him. If I were doing it I'd at least have the decency to leave Cheapy's kid alone.
Honestly, dude should be submitted to the twitter police just so he'll stop spamming CAGs.
