Late to the game, but I just picked up Rock Band (X360) and was looking around to see if anyone knew of sign up sites, or any other stuff that gets you free codes for download. I bought it used, so I'm pretty sure the code on the back has already been used.
Going out on a limb, as I'm not expecting much success, but if you guys know of any promos or sites that are sending out free codes, I'd love to hear about them.

There are 2 songs that used to be free on the Live Marketplace. Stephen Colbert's "Charlene (I'm Right Behind You)" and Miranda Cosgrove's "Headphones On". Whether they still are, I'm not sure. Otherwise, I haven't seen free or promo codes for downloads. I heard Pepsi will be doing something this summer. Good luck.

Cool, thanks. Already got that one, and had downloaded Still Alive months ago just in case I ever got the game. I'll be on the lookout for the Pepsi promo.

I believe there's one more free song: "Promised Land" by Vesuvius. Actually one of the better free songs in my opinion.

Did you pick up RB2 used? If not, the free 20 DLC code is on the back of the manual. If it is, you can always give it a shot.

I think that "Still Alive - GLaDOS" is free as well isn't it?

If by chance you get/buy the OXM, their free disc (I forget what Issue) has some free songs
