Each code has two different shirts. You can redeem all three, and you can use them on more than one account.

Sold my Virtual InFamous outfit for $12 yesterday, that just shows you how much Sony is making off these virtual items. Could you imagine what their profits are on these virtual products? I know this is a case of some one giving them out for free, which is cool. However, based on my experience people are willing to pay for these items.

Not sure if this is what you're asking but if you follow this link:
https://store.playstation.com/accounts/manage/cam_index.vm

and then click on "Redeem PlayStation®Network Card or Promotion Code (https://store.playstation.com/accounts/manage/beginRedeemVoucherFlow.action?target=pcCAM&cancelTarget=pcCAM)" it lets you enter these codes, which appear to be recognized.
