Last gift card promo the cashier told me you could get multiple cards (and even encouraged me to do so) but the points didn't get added automatically. She had to "call in" for a manual override... so maybe it's not supposed to be multiple use.

There IS a limit of only $50 savings by using 100 points (doesn't apply to this scenario, I'm just sayin').

CSR scan's their barcode right? Not the one on the coupon? So you just go in coupon-less, ask to load $25 on a GC, mention the promo, and they scan their own barcode they have to activate the 10 points?

As an update, the west hillhurst and 17th ave stores don't have any 40gb in stock. The richmond road had 1 left, however it was $299 edition.

$299 for the 40gb bundle includes Singstar with 2 mics, sixaxis, bluray remote and the movie jumper.
$249 for the 40gb bundle with sixaxis and spiderman 3.

The only way it will work on separate transactions is if you have multiple star rewards accounts, which cost $10 a piece! ;)

That was taken from the coupon offer. I know that you can do it without the coupon, but the manager confirmed that it was only 10 points per account, coupon or not.

Somehow it did for you. Since you seem to be the only one who has confirmed this working for them (and me being the only one so far to say it didn't work), I would mark this down as YMMV. Although it's even looking like it was just luck that you got it to work for you. But for everyone's sake, let's hope my experience was the odd one out! :)

Dunno if this should be a new thread or not, but since there are already several Rogers related threads, I'll just post this here.

Katana brand officially licensed PS2 controllers are cheap at Rogers. Wireless 15 bucks and wired variety are 7 or 8 bucks (I didn't buy one so I don't know for sure).

Impressions on the wireless controllers: feels decent, similar if not same response time as the wavebird and other current wireless controllers, easier to find than the Logitech Action controller, the receiver is small, takes a little getting used to but that's for all controllers, has rumble, it's cheap, comes in Silver, Blue or Black (for both wired and wireless I think).

Cons: Like the Logitech one (iirc) there is no off switch, it switches itself off after 2 minutes of inactivity, Wireless controller requires 3 AAA batteries, the packaging itself does not contain the required 3 AAA batteries :anger, and that's about it for now.

In my opinion, He will continue to discuss pirating games...I will certainly go through his posts and notify the proper people.

Him continuing to post how to pirate games will lead to him being banned.
