Okay about a few month ago i went to BB to pick up a tivo set they said was 100 on the phone but it was 200 in store. WEll they jerked me around in the store and i called up the 800 line to complain, about 3 weeks later nothing so i called back and the dude says since i blew so much money in the past they will give me a 50 buck gift card. I said fine and it will take around 3 weeks to get here. Well it came but Get ahold of this its a 25 buck gift card. I called up and they said i will have to call back monday to see what is going on. I just though this was funny.

Store says an ITem is 100 when its 200
DUde says im getting a 50 buck gift card and sends me 25

I bought a couple pc games and they were missing items and anyway they said they would send me a gift card the end.

2 weeks later nothing and it takes like 3 days so we call back and they said they have no clue what we are talking about so we have to give them all the info again and they say it can take up to 20 business days. 20 business days go by and nothing so we call again and they said I should get it by the end of the week. End of the week comes and nothing so we call again and they said that they dont even have it in the computer, morons. So we call back later and they said they will mail another. Finally a week later I get it. It took like 2 or so months to get.

Anyway you will probably call and complain and they will be like we will send you another 25 or something and then the same thing that happened to me will happen to you

Slidecage was a regular on the forums to an old game we played together. We never quite figured out why he doesn't take the time to speak or type normally. He was constantly flamed for it....this brings back memories..good memories.

Fucking eh, I don't even consider buying from them any more unless I walk in there and a fucking tag on the box says the price. Even then you only guaranteed to get minimum shit about it from the employees. Wish I could get a job in their tech department though part-time, looks like easy money to me. TiVo is the company, as well as the general name for their main range of products. Which have different prices. I bet that's the whole reason for your confusion, so you really don't deserve anything anyway.
