· We have published for: Web and iPhone platforms
· We range in ages from 18 - 43

What -

· We seek to develop within our community: Skills, Knowledge, Resources, Career Opportunities, Relationships, and the game development industry.

Why -

· Game Development is: Challenging, Intellectually Stimulating, Delivers a sense of accomplishment, develops problem solving skills, stimulates critical thinking, and offers leadership opportunities.
· While Richmond has no formal game development community it does have two technical colleges, three universities, and two Community Colleges which have game design coursework and produce talent.
· Unless engaged, those graduates interested in game development will leave the city and most likely the state.
· We feel the availability of local educational institutions, talented individuals, and lower cost of living in Richmond is conducive to attracting or establishing game studios.

Where -

· We meet twice a month at: Dave & Buster's for a team building / fun event, and at a member's residence for discussion night. We are moving in the direction of a regular leased meeting space.

When

· Our fun days are held on the second Wednesday's of the month.
· Our Discussion nights are currently held on the 3rd Saturday of every month.
