The demo seemed decent, but nothing special. $30 seems high for what I saw of the demo (and reviews), but it also sounds like it's not terrible or anything.

Seems like maybe Grin is seriously overrated though...

I enjoyed the game. It is short and the storyline is ok. I think it more a rental due to lack of replay value. Sweet spot for me would be at the $10 to $15 mark.

When I returned it, I didn't lie to the guy - I straight up told him "I sat down, started playing the game, and finished it in 1 sitting. There's no way I'm keeping this turd!"

Not worth the $29.98 at all - and I'm not the type of jackass to say "I'd buy it if it were $X cheaper" (see my sig). I found the game fun, but really not worth any more than $10.

A lot of people were raised on the PS1. It makes me feel so old when I hear people say that Final Fantasy VII was their introduction to the series.;)
