I figured there would be at least a few CAGs who lived there. I am looking to fly there in July with a few friends, one of whom is moving there. We were going to rent a car to get around but before we did that I wanted to know if any of you thought that the transit system was good/bad/whatever. She is going to be looking for apartments everywhere and not just in DC so would anyone have recommendations for where to look? That would also be greatly appreciated. We are going to be on a very tight schedule so hopefully we will have time to enjoy ourselves, too. Thanks for any help ahead of time.
