Metroid Prime 2 isn't bad, though it's obviously not on the golden pedastal the first one is. And Eternal Darkness is worth any distance, I must declare. I was blown away by the quality and sheer awesomeness of that game. I must have beaten it at least a dozen times and it never got boring.

But anyway, if you like RPGs, Baten Kaitos is pretty good (either version, though I liked the first more) and Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance is a good Strategy RPG. If you never got to play it on the DreamCast, Skies of Arcadia Legends is an amazing RPG in my eyes.

Pikmin is awesome for Real Time Strategy/Fantasy type games, though the first can be found on the Wii now for roughly the same price and the controls apparently help it a lot, but the second is great. Also, as someone said, Twin Snakes is great. Silicon Knights (same guys who did Eternal Darkness) did the remake and I loved it.

I Would get it for the ps2. The ps2 version has alot of extra things you can do after beating the game. The only problem with ps2 version is the sound quality is kind of bad... but unless ur really uptight about something like that i'd go with ps2.

Is the ps3 version of GH WT technically 25.50 with the edge discount? it should be 10% off 44.99 rite? I have some gamestop credit. I bought infamous tonight for 54.99 used but I do not like it much...and I was thinking about returning it and picking up either LOW or SR 2009 and GH WT to supplement the 49 dollar shipped rockband I just bought off the gamestop deal.

I've only played the Gamecube version. However, when RE4 came out, it won lots of game of the year awards, and they specified the Cube version won Game of the Year, not the PS2. I know Game Informer was one such magazine, for whatever it's worth to you.

I would go with the Gamecube version of RE4 if you are dead set on GC or PS2. While the PS2 version does have widescreen and some bonus content (more Aida backstory I think). The PS2 version looks weak visually in my comparison. The real way to go though is just by the Wii version, as it is supposed to be the best of the bunch. I don't know about used, but you can routinely buy it for $20 new at Amazon, so that is how I would go.

Overall the Gamecube is a highly underated system. There are some real gems on the system if you can find them:

Zeldas, Tales of Syphonia, Skies of Arcadia,Fire Emblem,Baiten Kaitos, Eternal Darkness, Resident Evils, Metroid, MGS TS, Ikaruga, Chaos Field (I've only played the DC version), Pikmin, Kirby, Cubivore

It'll be interesting to see exactly how long it's been since we've had a DS coupon. My first thought on the reason for a lack of a DS coupon, was the release of the DSi. I kept thinking that GS wanted those buying the system to also pick up a few new games. After thinking about it, that really doesn't make sense since the used game market is where GS actually makes it's money. So unless they are selling a ton of used DS games (due to the DSi's release?), I don't see a reason for them to skip the DS coupon.

I just want to buy the used/mint copy of Suikoden Tierkreis that was traded in to a nearby GS. The case/manual actually look brand new. :cry:

Wow, no no DS coupon for 6 months. I won't complain though since there's been two 360 coupons since & I usually buy more 360 games each time there's a coupon than I have bought DS games in my life.

Yeah, I just got one from GameStop today. Funny thing is that I'm signed up under EBGames for another e-mail address I have (signed up for the 10% coupon before I knew about CAG) and I got that on Friday AND the EBGames mailer sent out one of their weekly update e-mails today at the same time that I got the GameStop weekly ad.

And thanks for posting that list J7. Hard to believe the last DS coupon was in early November...7 months ago. They've run 3 360 coupons, 3 PS3 coupons, 2 Wii coupons, 3 PSP coupons, 2 PS2 coupons, 2 GameCube coupons, and a trifecta of last gen coupon in the time it's taken them to get to here, let alone put out another DS coupon. The only possible way I could've gotten any discount on a DS game at GameStop in the past 7 months would've been to buy it with Punch-Out or UFC.
