Long story short, I have a pending $10 and $5 reward zone certificate. I don't want them and would like to trade them or sell them. I don't know if I'm able to do that though, is anybody able to use the certificates if I decide to get rid of them or only me?

If I remember correctly the person who has the account has to use them. However anyone can use your card to get you points unless things have changed. I suggest loging into the website and look for an faq.

ANYONE can use the certificates. You can give them as gifts, etc. BestBuy sent out an email about giving them to babysitters, postal workers, etc last holiday time.

ONLY YOU can use you RZ card to get points. If BB determines that you are giving the card to others to get points for you, then they have the right to cancel your account and any non-redeemed certificates as well as pending points. You also are not allowed to have a RZ account if you are a BB employee.

Thanks, bestbuy's site and their support gave me two different answers so I wasn't sure.

The certs work like payment and they're not tied to the RZ card for use.

Anyone can use them without issue. Collecting the points on the RZ card, that's just you and only you.
