I pounced on this. Had to take a walk to the bank to deposit a check, but it's well worth it to save $20. I was just going to buy this too. Most likely Sunday, but this is way better.

I saw this price match in the other Red Faction thread and jumped on it. Went ahead and signed up for ECA (used my old college e-mail ;)) to get a 10% off coupon. I do tend to buy a decent number of games thru Amazon, so spending $150 within a year should be easy. I'm surprised the game is on sale for this cheap so soon.

They're not obligated to anymore, but if you ask politely they'll probably just go ahead and do it for you, especially if it's just a couple of days. Might be better to call in and speak to a live person, but I've had limited success doing it online myself.

haha amazon prime does best out the free shipping by newegg, but not by much. Surprisingly i get newegg shipments in 3 days on average. either way having both discounts available, I would go for it.
Watch this review: http://www.gametrailers.com/video/review-red-faction/49918?type=flv mainly for gameplay and see if you like it. I would recommend demo but xbox live is down for scheduled maintenance today.

YAY! Really wanted it from Newegg but living in Hawaii = no free shipping for me and cheapest shipping for a game is 15 dollars which equals the game at retail price anyway.

Wowwwww... that was a short deal, wasn't it? MY condolences to you, pokadotpowerpuff. Amazon always does this. I missed out on COD4 and an Iron Man Blu-Ray that suddenly went up in price by $18 and $10, respectively. I haven't learned the trick to accurately guessing Amazon price fluctuation as of yet.

Ordered a copy yesterday with ECA discount and returning to Gamestop within 30 days to get refund my credit with receipt in hand. Almost a $30 price difference 2 weeks after the game is realeased. Wow!
