View Full Version : Halo 3: ODST Pre-order £26.99
This seems more intentional than anything when you read the fine print.
Remember, the original statements of ODST being a budget title have been repealed, it is now classed as full retail, so £40 everywhere else.

Yep, that's what I'm wondering. Never ordered from Argos online before.

Only time I ordered a game from argos it took a week to arrive and it was instock when I ordered.
ODST comes with a short campaign and the Halo 3 DLC map packs or am I missing out on something?
Disc 1: ODST Campaign (may not be as short as originally projected), new multiplayer mode (Firefight), Halo: Reach beta (download to disc like with Crackdown).
Disc 2: Halo 3's multiplayer, including all previously released Halo 3 maps and three new ones.

assuming you dont have HALO 3 with already-paid DLC it's surely a very good bargain

OoS already, many Halo 3 fans out there ...
EDIT: pretty strange though since it's a pre-order, i think they were simply overwhelmed by demand

The price is up to £36.49, anyone who ordered it get their order cancelled?
No cancellation here yet. Things are looking up! Whether they will right up until release remains to be seen.

hey, just don't forget you have already bough it when september comes...
Hehe, I won't. I'll be too busy scouring the net for a sodding Sgt. Johnson code because you can bet your arse that Argos won't be a participating retailer.

So I guess Halo ODST is not considered a full game.
It wasn't going to be, and now it is.
