What's their Paypal score/rating? How long have they been a member? Look at things like that. If it's a new website, new Paypal member, it's quite fishy.
I'm all stocked up on MS Points so not checking it out myself (plus my gut is telling me no, since I can regularly get points safely through eBay for ~$30.)

It's legit.
www.beesfun.com
1600 MS Points - $14.99 ($13.04 w/ code)
4000 MS Points - $32.99 ($28.70 w/ code)
13 Month Live Subscription - $32.99 ($28.70 w/ code)
Use coupon code "CAGCODE " for 13% off. No quotations, and note there is a space at the end of the code (no space = no work)
This is for an emailed code, you do not get a physical card. I recieved an order confirmation at 7:59 and got the codes at 9:00 (though it says please allow 3-24 hours for email delivery)
Just in time for my renewal =0
Enjoy!

if this is the same guy who was selling on Ebay I purchased 3 4000 point codes and received them all. I'm guessing someone who bought from him mentioned CAG so he brought the business here. Makes sense since Ebay won't let him sell codes and the fees are greater than the discount he's offering CAGs.
The only question is how he gets the codes so cheaply, I don't believe the "wholesale" bit. but I do know I have nearly 20,000 points now due to the thread 2 days ago.

Edit: OK maybe I'm misunderstanding because of the language barrier, so possibly disregard this post. =/ I would like to point something out so people can judge for themselves. He is claiming he's the same guy who was selling the $30 codes on eBay, his clients for $41.99 (which I did buy the $30 codes.) He is not.
Some of you may have purchased those $30 xbox 4000 points or 13 month gold subscription from ebay.I'm glad to tell you that i'm the one behind those codes ...
I was one of the people who ordered the 4000 MS Points for $30 from the guy on eBay and his Paypal, name, e-mail, everything were different from this one.
To add to this, someone in that thread got an e-mail from him saying he couldn't sell them that cheap ($30) anymore, yet the supposed same guy comes here to sell them even cheaper:
http://www.cheapassgamer.com/forums/showthread.php?t=227819&page=8
I received an e-mail back from him. He seems to like me I guess because I posted this and got more business. He added me as a contact to his list. Here is what he wrote about the points:
Today I sold all of my 4000 pionts out , But I cant sell at that price
again, because I cant get the cards so cheap again ! The cost of
mine have rised too more ! I am so sorry for that !
Tomorrow I can give your friends the price at $34.99 for each 4000
pionts , If buy more at one time , the price could be cut a little ,
please let your frineds Know that , Thanks a lot agian !
Have a good day my friend !
So it looks like everyone may have to pay 35 now. Still a good deal.
Just weird that he would lie about being the same person. Anyway, take all that for what you will.

If you are using a decent credit card, you will have no problem getting your money back if you are scammed. I've been scammed through a Paypal payment before and my CC had no problem refunding the money where Paypal told me I was SOL
I don't really see how your identity can be stolen. He doesn't have access to your CC # (it's through Paypal), and you can use pretty much any address you want if you don't want to give him your home residence (CC auth usually only checks ZIP code, sometimes the number portion of the address field)

Thread closed, so this trainwreck can be put to bed. OP banned as well, since this is more than a little odd, so better safe than sorry.
Anyone that has "dealings" with the OP can deal with the OP via email. He won't be joining us any longer.
I also hope that anyone that sent the OP payment used a method of payment they can afford replacing, as you just handed over your credit card information or Paypal information to a complete stranger in China that looks very much like a scammer.
