Not sure if location matters, but I have never been able to get cash for trade ins, just store credit unfortunately. This is in Canada, Ontario.

Yeah, it's 80% and NO PROMOS (even edge card doesn't work for cash now)

They rip you pretty bad for credit too, even with promos. Not that I blame them it is a business; they buy low and sell high.
