Is this normal for overstock.com or did they make a mistake and we all caught it before they could fix it?

It will make a difference as to whether I bother with ever going to the site again in hopes of finding a deal because all that's there now is a bunch of non-deals and in the past I have never really found anything there either.

I have over 40 guitars ....I have one of those SG supreme's in Green (I think it's called emerald burst or something like that) and everyone thinks it is ugly. It looks better in the pictures than it does in person. Good thing I got it for free from Gibson....The Les Paul on the other hand, sounds amazing and I always get comments on how beautiful it is. The tone is so sweeeeet

i doubt that the can, and if they would they would be slapped with so many lawsuits they wouldnt know what to do. More like overstock knew they made the mistake, but instead of cancelling they filled the orders thinking many of the people who got in on this order will return. Yea they migh to lost tons of money but they might get alot more then that in return business. I know for a fact if my stuff comes in real good shape i will shop there again

you may be right, I had 3 little orders for myself (I've learned with these types of deals not to dick around and slowly add stuff, go for the top 2 or 3 things u want then make another order and get the next couple things. Repeat until either they are sold out of stuff you want, or got everything you want) and 1 big ordered filled with X-mass presents. The 3 little orders shipped, but the big one hasn't yet.

Got my confirmation email at 5:27pm Pacific time. I got in on it early. It seems to me that if your order went through this far, you'll get your stuff, so worry not.

Been looking forward to Dirt to Daytona, as its career mode seems really cool. Also never played NFL Street, and excited to play Wario GC after beating it on GBA.

you might be dissapointed with wario ware's single player as it is IDENTICAL t the gba version. the only addition to the cube was the multiplayer...which is awesome!

That's why I didn't pay $30 for Wario GCN when it came out. But I think my girlfriend will dig it, and I have a few other friends who liked it on GBA to play with.

It HAS to be way better than Mario Party, in my opinion. I hate that series, and I mean hate.

When I go to track 2 of my orders, the tracking # says no information is available for that number. I know that newly shipped items aren't in the system for a day or two but according to the site, the orders shipped on Wednesday. Is that typical, or should I be concerened? My other orders all have up to date tracking info.

That happens from time to time with their tracking. I have had orders in the past that showed as shipped from a certain destination, then a few days later showed no information available. They always have showed up so I wouldn't worry, yet.

Toys R Us had some aluminum GameCube cases for sale a while back. I don't think their PS2 cases were on sale, but it might be worth buying one. They have combination locks.

...so it took 4 days to get shipped about as far away from Pittsburgh as a package could get on the continential U.S....whatever...

Ha! Media mail can take up to a month. Isent something media mail and it took two whole months. But is that the case allways. Nope. Normally it takes 5-6 bussines days. But don't hold your breath on that one either
