I heard this was an awesome game, but amazingly short. I also thought the demo was quite entertaining.

Any takes as to if this is worth it for $24.95?

Fun game, but the story is uber-easy, ( even on The Killer difficulty) and the story is around 3-4 hours long. Though, again the core gameplay is fun. I picked it up during B2G1 sale for free with hawx and RES 5. I say get it, easy 1000 points.

Pretty fun game. Curving bullets is great, it's WAY short though. Despite those things, I'd still say to either rent it or wait until it's $15 and under.

i beat this game in 3 hours and the game freezed 3 times during those 3 hours. i don't recommend this...

I just noticed this. For those of you on the edge about getting this game. Its 24 bucks today, but you can trade it back into Amazon for 16.00. Not bad to snag some achievements.

A good, not great, game. It is incredibly short, so it depends on what you consider VfM. $25 for around 6-8 hours of playtime.

$25 is way too much for me to pay for something I'm probably only going to play for the achievements. Besides, I just looked them up and they look incredibly boring (albeit easy, like you said).

Its short but if you do it legit and play through you are looking at 2-3 plays with the different features that you can get.

I say its worth the $25.

I'm trying to decide on buying it. I absolutely loved the game, but I 1,000'ed it in a single rental. As I said, loved the game, but not sure how much I'd replay it, since I already fully beat it (3+ times).

I could always grab the PS3 version, I suppose, to give a little more replay value with the trophies.
