Well I got the August issue in the mail 2 days ago and it has l4d 2 on the cover and inside where it talks about what all comes on the disk if you get the disk it talks about the premium theme/pics for l4d on the disk. So it is the August issue.

Anyone remember the three exclusive Rock Band tracks? Yeah, that lasted a good month and a half before they realized they could make more money by putting them up.

i'm getting set to send it off to dmzauk tonight, but i'd like to get it to as many CAG-ers as possible. i've been lurking here for a while and have snagged some great deals, so i'm glad to help out :)

to make it fair, we should try to stick to the order people have expressed interest in this thread, so once you're done getting the content from the disc, if you could get in touch with whoever posted below you and send it their way i think this will work.

so if you'd like to save yourself 10 bucks on the magazine and don't mind waiting a bit for the disc to make the rounds, post in this thread and let us know you're interested

Once I get the theme and pics off the disk, I will come back to this thread and see who was next in line that requested the disk be sent to them. I will then send a PM asking for that persons address and get it sent to you the same day.

If you do not respond back to me within 2 days I will move on to the next person. I say 2 days so it gives the person time to come back to the forum and check there mail and such.

If you would like to have the disk sent to you please say so in this thread and I will add your name to the sign-up sheet.

Please be patient too, it may be a couple weeks before you get the disk depending on where you are in line.

I dunno about the music but most comes with gamer pics for sure. I had 7 random disc and each usually have gamer pics on it at least. Usually they have a demo on it before it hits live. The last one I bought was for the Uno Rush demo before it was on live. Some people at work and i usually do stuff like we are doing here and just pass them around when we are done.

just go to the site and say you didn't get the disc in you magazine and they should send you one.

You have to do the solar system part on the disk. OXM universe. If that is the only disk you have you will not have enough points to unlock it, so hopefullly you have other oxm disk and you can get the points off that disk to get the points you need.

It is tied to the OXM universe. If you do all the demos and such on the disk that will give you 1000 points to buy engineers for the space station. But, you will not have enough points unless you have other OXM disk to do demos and such to accumulate more points to unlock the hand. I did not have enough points or anymore disk so I never unlocked it, but I have read that it is tied to the space station thing and you will need more points than what is on the disk.

I stopped getting the mag at disc number #93 because I could read everything online and there was rarely anything on the disc to justify the subscription cost. But, the latest premium themes almost had me subscribing again.

Well, it keeps the list close to the end so everyone does not have to look at whatever number of pages to see where the disk is and if someone new wants to be added they may not look through all the pages to find the list. Seems a little easier to re-post it so the new people can see what is going on and such.

No, it does not have the disk #99 in the mix. It does have the disk #92 which has some l4d pics on it.

Well I tried calling the 800 number listed on oxmonline's page for ordering back issues. They told me they don't sell OXM >.< But there is an address to mail a check to for back issues if anyone really wants the disc that badly.

I do not think there is a "hand" gamer pic on the disk with the other pics (disk #99 USA). I just did the whole OXM universe spaceflight and it takes 12,100 points to get the spaceflight going and I still can not find the "hand". There are suposed to be some more pics on disk #95 but I can't seem to find them on that disk at all.

Guess what? I got the disc from frank784 today! It was postmarked 7-29, so it looks like this was a mix of it being sent on a bit slowly compounded by slow mail service. But that's all irrelevant now... I've got the disc and I've already grabbed the theme and the pics (minus the hand that you need points from other discs for of course). I'll be shipping it out shortly...

But before I do, I want to PM ACornettFL and see if they have already sent the disc to me as well. If they did, I'll just send the disc I have now to the next person on the list, and then when I get the disc from ACornettFL I'll send it on to the whoever is next in line at the time.

If ACornettFL hasn't sent the disc, hopefully they'll send it to the next person in line now and the chain will move faster with multiple discs in the loop.

So I'm going to send a PM now and see what's going on with the second disc from ACornettFL. I'll post what I find out when I hear something.

I sent BMN90 a PM on the 7th to get their shipping info, but still haven't heard anything from them. That same day klam173 sent a PM asking if I'd just ship the disc to him, as he was worried he might get passed over if something happened to the second disc that ACornettFL was going to send him.

I sent another PM to ACornettFL and then I waited over the weekend to see if I heard from them or BMN90, but I still haven't heard anything from either of them so I went ahead and shipped the disc to klam173 today. I sent it first class and gave him a tracking number so he'll be able to know that it's on the way.

I apologize for the delay... things got a little screwy there with the addition of another disc and not knowing for certain exactly who was going to ship to who. In the end, klam173 was willing to risk possibly getting both discs and having to pay for shipping to two people so that he could be sure he wasn't accidentally skipped over.

I am a little confused (to say the least) with all these new people offering disks and all. Is BMN90 next? Please let me know so I know who to send it to...thanks !!

Ok I'll get this sent off to use Pseudofinrod. It seems like people are wanting the RE5 theme also, I have had domeone else ask to have it sent them. Thats not a problem with me, I dont really care to get the disks back. So if you would pm Owen & pass them along to him, that would be cool.



EDIT- if you all want to start a list for the RE5 theme disk go ahead. I just dont want to be the person that keeps track of it. :)

The next 2 rhymenoceros & akaMauricio should be getting the disk from Mako1215. PM rhymenoceros and see what he say's and if he has the disk that Mako1215 sent him move on to cmart05. Look at the sign up sheet, it is updated.

No he hasn't received it yet. I had a bunch of things come up with work and family. I haven't had a chance to find anything to put it in and send it off with. I am off Monday so I will make sure to send it off it off then. It's on my to-do list.
