Is this the best PSP deal out there?

I am looking to buy a psp in the next week or so, was was wondering if anyone has seen a better deal needs to be in southern Ontario.

Currenty the one I found in EB games.
Siliver rachet and clank bundle and Daxter and twisted metel both of them free.
