View Full Version : Anyone know a place where I can get an image of boxart to print?

I have two games in my whole collection that were, to my lack of knowledge, shipped to me without boxart in all of my online endeavors.

Eternal Silence: Sanity's Requiem (Or something like that -- It's a gamecube game)

And

Digital Devil Saga 2

I have a high quality photo printer and if I could get a high-resolution scan of the boxart I could pretty much re-print it to almost the same quality (scanners generally arn't the best scan quality). Anyone know where I can get those, or could someone scan me the box art if they have the game?

I'd appreciate it!

Ha ha, yeah I just noticed that ragnar :P I was like... why wouldn't this game be on there... and just found it :P

Thanks a bunch... this'll save me photoshopping in the back and side since gamespot/gamefaqs has them in pieces.

By the way, Gamer602 still hasn't gotten back to me (from the email)... So depending on how long you want to wait (incase you think 2 days isn't fair), I am perfectly fine with you dropping by if you wish.

It seems no one else is kind of really willing to give me twenty reasonable bucks for it :P It is a little surprising.

I'm glad you brought up this topic RoganSarine; I need a cover for Marvel: Ultimate Alliance for the Xbox 360, but I'm not too sure how to actually print it so it fits in a standard DVD case...any suggestions??

The Cover Project, which is indeed pretty much the best resource for game covers, has a guide here (http://www.thecoverproject.net/forums/index.php?topic=125.0). The covers on the site are sized so that as long as you follow the guide, they'll print out at the correct size. Hope that helps!

I wonder, is there any chance we could take those to like staples and pay them like a dollar a sheet? They have printers that are a little better than mine since they will print them perfectly while my printer will see some loss.

Edit: I'm an idiot and noticed that they're just jpegs... of coarse I can.

It makes me wonder if you can reprint them to the point where people can't notice if they're fake...

Can you even get the type of paper inserts use? It's not photopaper...

I wonder if the scans would live up on a high-end photo printer too... hmm...

Honestly I'd probably cheap out and use crappy printer paper, or maybe just go to a photo place and have them do it, if the price was right. The paper inserts are actually pretty flimsy, I'm not too sure if you could get photo paper like that. I just need something, anything to make my M:UA not stick out like a wicked case of herpes.

I burned an image of the box art that I needed onto a cd and took it to Office Depot to print. They refused and said it was a copy righted item. Oh well...

Really? Hmm... Guess I'll go buy some low-end photopaper (since I don't know what the hell inserts use) and just use my own.
