Help with Trainn site not giving credit

Hi all, I'm currently using 3604free.com and I had a friend do the netflix offer 44 days ago. It says they only need to be a member 22 days for me to get credit. She still has the membership, she hasn't cancelled it.

I went to fill out an MCR but it only showed me a record of offers that I clicked myself. There doesn't seem to be an MCR for me not getting credit for my referrals.

Has anyone run into this before? What do I try next?

Been a long while since I've used Trainn sites, but I think she has to file one herself for her to get credit, and then you'd get yours.

If your referral didn't get credit, she has to submit for MCR, not you. Tell her to go to her click history and submit a report, including the welcome email (with full headers) at the date/time when she did it.
