I can't find an answer in the help topics, so I figured I'd ask here. A guy from Germany bought an item of mine via BIN when my auction clearly states that I only ship ConUS. Do I just relist my item? Or is there something else I have to do? I'm not going to ship the item, and I wish he had read my auction description before just buying.

EDIT: I opened a case and explained what happened. If anything else is needed to be done that I don't know about, I'd appreciate it.
