Aksys Games (BlazBlue) has announced that they are bringing over Record of Agarest War to the U.S.:
(possibly NSFW) http://aksysgames.com/agarest_war/
It's an SRPG with some sexual innuendo as seen in the announcement, and there's also a "soul breeding" component to the game.
Unfortunately, according to Joystiq, this will be download-only in the U.S.:

Personally, I won't spend anything over $15 on a video game I can't sell back after I'm done with it.
So does anyone know where I can import the European version? I've never imported anything before so I don't know my way around the internet import shops. I've already checked playasia and yesasia and they don't have it listed.

Well, in that case does anyone know where I can PRE-order it?

I will be importing the Euro version. I bet they will charge 30-40 for this on PSN and there's no way I'm buying a downloadable for that price. I'd rather shell out some extra and get a physical copy to call my own.

You can pre-order the European version here:

I will probably be importing the European version as well.
Europe will also be getting collectors edition

Wait, what's the difference in that shop and this shop: http://www.ncsxshop.com/
I'm confused.
Nevermind, I guess only shopncsx.com accepts preorders.

It looks like it's only the regular version but it's hard to tell since there's no box art. Is shopncsx a reliable company?

they are going to have 2 separate version so looks like regular. NCSX is reliable.

One of the largest on PSN? Either I'm going to have to import this game or I'll need a larger HDD for my PS3...

Is the game any good? All I could find on youtube was a weird gameplay vid where you attack a boulder and all the stupid wedding scenes.

I'm leaning towards no since it's from Idea Factory... But I'll probably end up pick this up anyway.

You will need at least 15Gb of space

Actually Compile Heart but can't say they are much better.

Thats just crazy I'll definitely be skipping it then. I barely have enough room on my PS3 as it is.
Holy shit 15 gigs? I better start thinking about investing in that 500 gb drive. I only have 94 gigs left on my 320 gber.

Does this game play like or tie into record of lodoss war? I used to love playing that game on dreamcast back in the day. If its anything like that I might have to look into it.

Nothing to do with it
