profile corrupt on one xbox and fine on another?

My kid uses a MU to transfer her profile from xbox to xbox. earlier tonight she turned on her main system and got a E66. I removed the MU and harddrive and rebooted the machine and it came up fine. Later she went to the other machine and her profile on the MU is corrupt. I've recovered the Gamertag but the second xbox always see the profile as corrupt while it's working fine on the first now. If I recover on the second box its fine UNTIL I plug it into the first then it sees it as corrupted again. I've formatted the MU and recovered and still the same results.

Any ideas

You can only have it on one Xbox at a time.

Thats happened to me many times. Supposedly the new dashboard update thats coming next friday fixes it. I have the new dash already but havent put in my memory card to see if my old saves are no longer corrupt or not.
