Thanks for the heads up! Would Zelda 3 be Zelda: A Link to the Past? (Probably a dumb question whether it's right or wrong, but oh well...)

For those that haven't played the Zelda; Oracle games, I'd highly recommend them. Easily the best Zelda games in the franchise IMO.

It is (was) Zelda 3: A link to the past. But its out of stock now.

Zelda is OOS as of now.

Yeah, $27 is way too much for not knowing whether or not you'll get the case and instructions with it.
If it was guaranteed mint, it would be an okay deal, but still not fantastic.

If Thousand Arms was guaranteed complete, I'd probably go for it.

$20.24 a/c on Thousand Arms... Not a good deal then? Oh well, thanks.

Thinking about those Zelda games... GB/GBC games are eligible for the b1g1.

We got lots of echoes on this thread! :)

Sorry, my internet connection is getting served at the moment. Having a 1GB connection would be better if I didn't have to share it with 1500 other people.

Wario Land 3 GBC has been floating around for a few days. Don't know how good it is, but $5.99 isn't bad:

dafoomie

Not a bad deal, goes for about $10-$12 but I don't think it'll be OOS anytime soon.

dafoomie
10-01-2004, 09:45 AM
Are you guys sure about Thousand Arms? $20 a/c is a little high but...

Hasn't sold a single copy since I've posted it, so other people probably agree I guess.

Glad I only ended up spending $7 today, EB has been getting a ton of my money lately. I hate spending money more than anything.

Zelda 3 and Gunstar Heroes for $7, not too bad.

Try again tomorrow/monday/whenever cruzin, it was in stock yesterday morning too. Should see it at least one more time.

Thats always there though, if that runs out the other one is $9.99 and I almost never see the $5.99 one go OOS. Good deal though, but didn't it have problems with GBC games or something? I can't remember.

Crono
10-01-2004, 10:03 AM
yeah the GBC only games didn't work on it.

dafoomie
10-01-2004, 10:05 AM
Yeah, thats weird... GBC must have come out too late in the SNES's life.

GameBoy and GameBoy Color are considered two different platforms. Super GameBoy didn't play GBC games because it was never intended to.

dafoomie
10-01-2004, 10:09 AM
I know it wasn't intended to, I just think its weird that they wouldn't, unless this came out before GBC did, which is probably the case.

PsyClerk
10-01-2004, 10:22 AM
Actually, I was off base. Some GBC games DID work with the Super GameBoy. But not all of them.

edit: it was something officially supported and each GBC game that worked with the Super GameBoy was supposed to be marked as such (on the box the game comes in).

1 GB connection? I'm sorry but I don't think anyone has a 1 GigaByte connection. You would have to have an OC-192 connection to the internet. And you could share that with at least 100,000 people and not have performance problems.

Feel free to call BellSouth in northern SC and ask them about the only 1GB connection they've installed for an educational organization. We are currently the only one in the state.

dafoomie

Its for nes, genesis, snes, neo geo, and gameboy/gameboy color. If it worked for Dreamcast I'd have been all over that. Its worth noting that the coupon works on the ngpc handheld too.
