Which forum do I look for PS3 game sharing groups?

Hello there. I'm interested in game sharing on the PSN with a few fellow CAGs, only because this seems like the most trustworthy group around. I want to share my games with other people, and also get games that I don't already have.

Which forum do I post this in, or where do I look? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
