Has anyone seen these available anywhere? I've checked all of Green Bay and I can't hunt one down. Is there any place online to get a guaranteed 512MB? I know Amazon has had some ship with the 512, but there is no telling for sure.

Most retail places still have the memory card versions, not even the original 256MB of internal memory. Your best bet is Amazon; for the last 2 months everyone has reported getting a Jasper (make sure to order the Arcade version labelled newest). Worst case you can check the serial number without opening the box and return it to them for a full refund. If you tell them it was not what you expected they will even consider it as "mislabelled" and pay the return shipping for you. They are pretty good with that stuff if you don't abuse it.

walmart just put out a new flyer advertising the 512mb arcade

Like others have said, Dell and Amazon are your best bets
