There aren't a whole lot of ways to get tickets on the site. One of them is to invite others. That's why you see such a flood.

The place is a scam. Within 30 seconds of registering you can have enough tickets to order a 360 game. They aren't making much, if any, money off of you, but they'll send you a game essentially for signing up? They also want your cell phone number (optional) during the sign up process so they can text you your login details if you lose them. What legit sites require that? I wouldn't be surprised if this is all just to mine data and the people who were dumb enough to give up their cell number start to receive lots of spam texts in the next couple of weeks.

....You don't have to enter a cellphone number though.
